  • Cancellations
    In order to avoid a cancellation fee, a 24-hour notice is required.
  • Payment
    Cash, Visa, and MasterCard are gladly accepted. We no longer accept checks.
  • Confirmation
    Confirmation by credit card is required in order to book spa packages.
  • Gift Certificates
    You may purchase gift certificates for spa packages or monetary amounts. All gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the certificate. Gift certificates are non refundable and non transferable. There will be no replacement of lost gift certificates or cash refunds.
  • Gratuities
    All spa packages include a 15% gratuity.
  • Children
    For the safety of your children and comfort of our clients, we ask that children do not accompany you to the salon unless they are receiving a service.
